1. Appointment Cancellation

1.1. Cancellation by the Patient

• Advance Notice: Patients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee, as determined by Happy Waves.

1.2. Cancellation by Happy Waves

• In rare cases where Happy Waves needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies), patients will be informed promptly, and the appointment will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Payments made in advance for canceled appointments are eligible for a refund only if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
• Refunds will not be provided for late cancellations or no-shows.

2.2. Processing Refunds

• Refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking.

2.3. Non-Refundable Services

• Services already rendered, including consultations, treatments, or diagnostic procedures, are non-refundable.
